Organized trips for clients interested in buying a property in Spain
With the aim of building a solid professional relationship and being able to show the best offers on the current market of the Costa Blanca & Costa Cálida. Euro Prestige offers an organized 3-night/4-day inspection trip to people in a financial situation to be able to purchase. In order to take advantage of one of our viewing trips, you just have to fill out the following form with the information requested. If you are interested in booking an inspection trip, we will contact you to specify the dates you will come on the trip…Once your trip is booked, one of our real estate representatives will contact you one week before you fly, to specify the information received by you and to confirm the type of property you are interested in, the budget you have available, etc., so that we can organize the properties that you will finally see during your viewing trip.
Euro Prestige has established a maximum of 2 people per trip, if those interested have any family members who wishes to join the trip, they must cover their own costs.
You are not subject to any purchase obligation; The purpose of the trip organized by Euro Prestige is to show the interested party the properties according to the needs and requirements of each person. However, if you are not currently in a financial situation that allows you to purchase, we respectfully recommend that you postpone your visit until you are.
The duration of a viewing trip organized by Euro Prestige is three nights and four days. During this time, our real estate representative will pick you up from the hotel around 9:30am and will show you as many properties as possible throughout the day according to your needs and budget. Around 13:30pm, there is usually a scheduled stop for lunch and the return to the hotel is usually around 6:30pm.
The trip organized by Euro Prestige covers the expenses of accommodation, transportation and meals in Spain (when accompanied), you must cover the cost of travel and flights from your country of origin until arrival at Alicante airport.
One of our representatives will be waiting upon your arrival at the airport with a sign, (as long as your flight is not late at night). This is usually the person with whom you have been in contact by phone before your arrival and is the one who will take you to one of the hotels in our area where we usually accommodate our clients.
If you decide to go ahead with the purchase of one of the properties you have viewed, we will take care of preparing all the necessary documentation. We will organize an appointment with one of the local Solicitors to translate for you and inform you about the purchase procedure, so that you do not have to worry about anything, except for celebrating your purchase in this wonderful area of the Mediterranean Coast.
