From Euro Prestige we don’t stop with the good news, it will be a record year for tourism, the second consecutive. According to the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism estimations, around 62 million travellers will have been in Spain in 2014.
Spain has just registered the best summer ever, with a total of 24.4 million foreign tourists between July and September, 7.6% more than 2013, which was already a spectacular year.
United Kingdom continues being the largest market, accounting for almost a quarter of the total arrivals, with 12.3 million passengers. France has overtaken Germany in the second position with 8.6 million tourists. Germany gives us 8.3 million visitors. Far behind, only Russia (in ninth place) recorded a fall in tourist, with just 1.2 million arrivals, 7.1% less than last year, it is the effects of the devaluation of the ruble.
