Benalmadena will be the next town to host the “Russian Meeting Point”, real estate exhibition intended to boost the property market in Spain through sales to clients from Eastern Europe.
After the success of the last exhibition which was held in the Hotel Villa Padierna in Marbella, the organizers have once again opted for this part of the Mediterranean coast.
At the presentation, both the local authorities and the representatives of the Barcelona Meeting Point (organizers of the event), highlighted the presence of between 60 to 80 agents and Russian organizations from at least 17 different cities.
The councillor for Tourism has made a very positive evaluation, as it would mean “a way of attracting emerging tourism with a high income spending more than the average purchaser”.
All Russian residents in the area will have free entry to the Hotel Holiday World meeting rooms between the 13th & 14th of March and will be able to take part in the different meetings with Real Estate sector representatives from the whole Region.
