Next week, will be held the Rice Second Edition of Torrevieja, where 27 of the best restaurants will offer, from Monday 3rd till Sunday 9th of March, different varieties of this “star” rice dish, local cuisine, where it will be shown to the entire world the extraordinary quality of the Spanish gastronomy.
Among the different plates / food that you can taste, we have “El arroz del Señoret”, rice dish, rice with octopus, rice with cod and spinach, with rabbit and snails, rice and patch with sepia, with ear, sweet oxtail and rovellons with rabbit and foie gras, anchovies and so, up to 189 different varieties.
The price per person thought to taste this wonderful rice variety, goes between 20 to 28 euros, with VAT included, and will include a principal plate, drink and different entries, and the dessert. This price range gives more flexibility to the hoteliers thus changing the terms of the previous edition, in which it was established a price of 22, 50 euros per person.
